SpinMedia-
SpinMedia are a Music media company who produce pop-culture websites such as 'vibe', they are host to music and popular culture blogs and It acquired Spin Media, publisher of Spin magazine in July 2012. After shutting down the print version of the magazine, reducing its staff to about 200, and focusing on advertising, it rebranded itself as SpinMedia in March 2013. They do not make print magazines but work more online and aim at a younger audience because of this.
Egmont-
The Egmont Group is a media corporation based in copenhagen, denmark, Egmont has traditionally been magazine publishing but has evolved to comprise media generally, therefore it also has online bases. Through fleetway publications it publishes magazines for children in the UK, such as 'We Love Pop'. Fleetway Publications was a magazine publishing company based in London. It was founded in 1959 when the Mirror Group acquired the Amalgamated Press, then based at Fleetway House, Farringdon Road, London.
Bauer media group-
The Bauer Media Group is a multinational media company headquartered in Hamburg,Germany which operates in 16 countries worldwide. Since the company was founded in 1875, it has been privately owned and under management by the Bauer family. Worldwide circulation of Bauer Media Group's magazine titles amounts to 38 million magazines a week. Bauer started in the UK with the launch of Bella magazine in 1987 and Bauer Publishing became Britain's third largest publisher.
